Day 1: Nairobi
Arrive at Nairobi International Airport where you are met and transferred to your hotel for overnight. The Norfolk Hotel.(B)

Day 2: Tsavo West
Leave Nairobi after breakfast and drive to Tsavo West arriving in time for lunch at the camp. Enjoy an afternoon game drive tracking the elephants for which the park is renowned and many other species of game. Overnight at Finch Hattons. The camp offers 34 rooms in twin-bedded huge canvas tents raised on polished wood platforms. Each has total privacy and views of the river. Rooms have a desk, big fluffy white towels, solar heated showers, electric lamps and a verandah bed where one can lounge and watch the stars. (BLD)

Day 3: Tsavo West
Enjoy a morning and afternoon game drive, with a brief rest period after lunch as the rest of the savanna sleeps. Overnight at Finch Hattons (BLD)

Day 4: Amboseli
After breakfast, continue to Amboseli and Tortilis Camp where you have lunch. An afternoon game drive in the park should enable you to encounter elephant, lion, cheetah and giraffe. Tortilis Camp is an exclusive tented lodge on the edge of the Amboseli National Game Reserve. A luxurious hillside aerie. From Tortilis, you can see for miles across the plains of Amboseli into Tanzania, as far as Mount Meru silhouetted against the horizon. Relax in the lounge and gaze at the awe-inspiring view of Africa's highest mountain: Kilimanjaro. Your tent is naturally screened by trees and shrubs from others. At night, the sounds of the bush lull you to sleep. Before you join in for drinks and dinner, enjoy the view from your tent verandah. Watch elephant families close by as they forage just outside camp. Guests sleep under canvas, but in style. Large comfortable beds, elegant bathrooms (with steaming hot showers and modern toilets) and a hot cup of tea at your bedside when you wake up. Laze by the pool with a refreshing drink. Day 5: Amboseli

Day 6: Nairobi - Masai Mara
After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi where you have lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant where all kinds of game meat can be tasted. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for your flight to Masai Mara. You are met at the airstrip and led to your camp for dinner and overnight. Governors Camp is set across the Mara River in an open glade with spectacular views of the plain and Mara Escarpment. Guests are accommodated in 17 spacious walk-in tents with en suite facilities. A friendly atmosphere, outstanding service and abundance of wildlife often seen wandering through the camp, make Governor one of the best camps to stay at in the Mara. Activities include guided wildlife viewing drives in the Mara and nature walks in an area adjoining to the Mara. Balloon safaris launch from the camp each morning (optional activity, not included). Days 7 & 8: Masai Mara
Spend the days game viewing in Masai Mara one of the best places in Africa to track lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant, buffalo and many species of antelope. Overnight at Governors Camp. (BLD)

Day 9: Nairobi - Arusha - Lake Manyara
After breakfast, fly back to Nairobi where you connect with a flight to Arusha. You are met on arrival and taken with a picnic lunch to Lake Manyara National Park. Hippo and buffalo share the lake with some 350 species of birds but the park is most famous for its tree-climbing lion that can be spotted draped over branches of acacia trees. Enjoy a late afternoon game drive in the park before getting to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Lake Manyara Serena Lodge. (BLD)

Day 10: Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park with game viewing en route. After lunch at the lodge, spend the afternoon game viewing in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. Days 11 & 12: Serengeti National Park
Spend two full days of game viewing in the Serengeti. Overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge. (BLD)

Day 13: Ngorongoro National Park
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro National Park via Olduvai Gorge, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, descend into the crater for an extraordinary safari at the bottom of this collapsed volcano, where a variety of habitats shelter an amazing array of wildlife, surrounded by spectacular scenery. Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge. (BLD)

Day 14: Arusha - Nairobi
After breakfast and an early morning game drive, return to Arusha where you have lunch. Afterwards, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Nairobi where you connect with your flight out or are transferred to your hotel for overnight (not included). In case of a late flight out, an optional day room can be reserved for you to freshen up before you fly out.(BL)
